Useful Information

Deposit:
A deposit of 20 percent of the total amount is due upon receipt of the travel confirmation. The remaining amount is due upon departure.

Booking / payment:
A contract is concluded when the booker declares in writing that he will accept the offer. Verbal booking cannot be accepted. We ask for a deposit free of charge. The "booker" is liable for his fellow travelers if there is only one booking address, especially for the correct receipt of payment.

Arrival / departure:
Check-in from 3 p.m. Check-out by 10.30 a.m.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, at least 90 percent of the booking price is required.

Cancellation conditions:
The cancellation conditions listed apply from the time of the written booking. The basis for this is the date of the booking:

Up to 2 assembly before - no cancellation fees

2 months to 1 month before - 30%

1 month to 1 week before - 70%

1 week before - 90%

General:
Our farm is smoke-free. Pets are not allowed. Parents are responsible for their children. All prices, surcharges and discounts are in € and include VAT. We reserve the right to replace promised services with the same or higher value, provided that the overall layout of the arrangement is not changed or only insignificantly.

For all legal disputes arising from the travel contract, the place of performance and jurisdiction is A-9620 Hermagor, whereby Austrian law applies in the event of a legal dispute. The ineffectiveness of individual conditions does not result in the ineffectiveness of the entire set of rules.
